After a year of migrating to aligned people and networks, we were keen to find more. Pursuing like-minded people and disruptors led us down the path of B Corporation certification.
B Corps are leaders of a global movement of people using business as a force for good™. Due to aligned values, we put our hands up for assessment at the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
B Corps are motivated to be part of something bigger than themselves. In Vivid’s case, we’re passionate about ‘cultural working environments’ as the driving force of social impact in the world. And we see this vision coming to life through the power of individuals.
Content and engaged workers pay this forward with every interaction in their daily life, with billions of touch points and impacts amongst loved ones, friends, colleagues and strangers. From interactions on the tram and chats with the local barista, to our time spent with children, partners and friends.
We work with businesses who have those subtle, ‘non flashy’ cultural aspects that mean the world to their employees.
As a result, we’ve delved headfirst into the culture of clients and unearthed these factors, translating between the company and job seeker. Rather than keep it a secret, we’re spreading the word.
